Who you're buying from
The Works Co. is a trading name of The Works Co. Limited, a UK company registered in England. When you buy a manual, your contract is with The Works Co. Limited. Contact: hello@theworksco.co.uk.
What you're buying
A digital manual plus an Excel toolkit and a prompt library, supplied as one downloadable bundle. The specific content of each title is described on its product page. You buy a perpetual personal licence to use the materials in your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the download link.
The price
The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Charged in pound sterling, taken at checkout by Stripe via our delivery partner SendOwl. We are not VAT-registered at the time of writing; if that changes the price will rise accordingly and we will note it on the product page.
Refunds
We refund on request, same day, without friction. The detail is on our refund page. The refund policy is a binding term of sale. We do not require a return; you keep the materials.
Updates
When we publish a new version of a manual you have bought, you receive the updated bundle by email at the address you used to purchase. No further payment. This continues for as long as we keep the title in print.
What we do not claim
A manual is a manual. It is not a guarantee of business success. We will not refund the labour of running a business, or the cost of a van, or the time it takes to find your first customers. Our limit of liability for any single buyer, for any reason, is the price they paid for the manual.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to hello@theworksco.co.uk goes to the courts of England and Wales.
