No questions. Same day.

If a Works Co. manual is not what you hoped it would be, we will refund you in full. Same day. No friction. Keep the materials.

How to request it

Email refunds@theworksco.co.uk with the email address you used to buy. That is the whole process. There is no form. There is no questionnaire. There is no requirement to explain.

How long it takes

We refund within the same working day, usually within a few hours. The money returns to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it takes a further one to five working days to appear in your statement.

What happens to the materials

You keep them. The manual, the toolkit, the prompts, any updates issued before your refund. We do not require a return. We do not revoke access. We have written the offer to trust the buyer, and we will not betray that trust with petty enforcement.

Why we run it this way

The offer is the filter. If a manual was not for you, the cost to us of returning the £29 is much smaller than the cost to you of having paid for something that did not help. Treating the refund as a courtesy, rather than a contest, is what a publisher who respects its readers should do.

It is also how we keep ourselves honest. If the manual is not good enough to keep, we should know. The refund queue is one of our few real signals.
